Returns & Refunds Policy

We handle returns in line with applicable UK consumer law and our Terms and Conditions.

1. UK Distance Sales Cancellation Rights

For eligible purchases made online or by phone and delivered within the UK, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. To exercise your cancellation right, you must notify us in writing within that period by email at admin@thechronokings.com.

If a cancellation is validly exercised, the item must be returned promptly and in accordance with our return instructions.

2. Return Condition for Pre-Owned Items

Any returned pre-owned watch must be sent back in the same condition in which it was supplied, with no additional wear, damage, alterations, or interference after delivery.

Where applicable, returns should include all original boxes, papers, accessories, tags, and any accompanying documentation supplied with the item. We reserve the right to reduce any refund where the value of the item has been diminished by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the watch.

3. Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not conform to contract, your rights are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

If you believe an item is faulty or misdescribed, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@thechronokings.com with your order details and a description of the issue so we can review and advise on the next steps.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email admin@thechronokings.com and include your order details, the watch reference, and the reason for the return.

Please do not return any item until return instructions have been provided. Items should be securely packaged and, where required, sent using an appropriately insured and trackable service.

5. Refunds

Where a return is accepted, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Terms and Conditions. Refunds will usually be made using the original payment method, subject to any lawful deductions where permitted.

We may withhold any refund until the returned item has been received and inspected, or until satisfactory evidence of return is provided, where applicable.

6. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs. We recommend using a secure, insured, and trackable delivery service for any approved return.
