How does it work?

Choose a watch from our collection.

Select the watch you would like from our collection as your preferred part-exchange option.

Submit your current watch details.

Provide details and clear photos of your current watch so we can assess it for part exchange.

Receive an initial part-exchange valuation.

We review the information provided and give you a part-exchange value based on current market conditions.

Arrange inspection or insured delivery of your watch.

If you’re happy with the valuation, we’ll provide clear instructions for sending your watch to us fully insured.

We confirm final value and arrange any balance payment before dispatch.

Once your watch is received and verified, we take payment for the remaining balance and securely dispatch your new watch to you.
