While we’re confident you’ll love your new watch, we understand the importance of peace of mind — especially when purchasing online. That’s why we’ve designed a transparent and fair returns policy.
1. Online & Phone Purchases
If your purchase made online or over the phone does not fully meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify:
- The watch must be in pristine, unworn, and undamaged condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documents must be included
- The Chrono Kings returns tag must remain intact
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 working days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
2. In-Person Purchases
For purchases made in-store, we offer a 14-day exchange or credit note option.
If your timepiece is found to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a free repair or suitable resolution.
A restocking fee (typically 5% of the total value) may apply to in-person returns not due to a manufacturing fault.
3. Sale Items & Deposits
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Please ensure you are completely satisfied before finalizing your purchase.
Deposits
Most orders require a non-refundable deposit of up to 10% to confirm the purchase. This deposit is not refundable in cases of cancellation or change of mind.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned watch, our specialists will:
- Inspect the condition and verify all accessories
- Contact you to confirm receipt and status of the return
- Process your refund using your original payment method, typically within 5 working days
6. Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service for all returns.
7. Restocking Fees & Faulty Items
A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for returns that do not meet our full criteria (e.g., missing packaging or accessories).
If an item is deemed faulty or beyond repair, no restocking fee will apply and a full refund or replacement will be issued.
